TERM OF SERVICE
All commissions have to be paid full price upfront.
Payment only through Cashapp or Paypal in USD.
The prices don't include Paypal fees.
Price can change by the complexity of the work.
I have the right to refuse commissions.
The client has to provide references.
Commissions cannot be refunded after approved the sketch.
The client is responsible for saving the final work.
I hold the right over my artwork and may post it on my social media.
If the client doesn’t want the artwork to be posted a privacy fee will be charge (+25% of the base price).
The client cannot claim ownership, edit or profit of the artwork.
The client can use the artwork in any non-commercial way they want such as posting it on social media, using it as a signature/avatar/etc of your personal use with the respective credits to me.
The turnaround time is about 1-2 weeks.
If you want your commission in a short turnaround time you can pay a rush fee.
The client has no right to make/sell the commission into an NFT or submission to an AI database.
